Gluck v Secretary of State for Housing Communities and Local Government [2020] EWHC 161 Admin:  Holgate J accepted the Secretary of State’s submission that Article 7 of the GPD0 permits applicants and local planning authorities to agree extensions of time for determinations of prior approval and expressly disapproved of the contradicting view in the judgment of Mark Ockelton in R (Warren Farm [Wokingham] Limited v Wokingham Borough Council [2019] EWHC 2007

Above case was confirmed by the Court of Appeal on 21 December 2020:  Gluck v SSHCLG & anr [2020] EWCA Civ 1726
