R (on the application of Mawbey) v Lewisham LBC [2018] EWHC 263 (Admin): Para AI(2)(c) of Part 16

The question was whetehr the pole mounts in the installations were deemed to be a mast (exception to PD rights under Para AI (2) (c)  and thus not permitted development under part 16.
