Hargrave House Ltd v Highbury Corner Magistrates’ Court  [2018] EWHC 279 (Admin):

  • JR against District Judge at Magistrates’ Court for refusing to state a case
  • related to the meaning of ‘repair’ in the enforcement notice.  Had the defendant done enough to meet the statutory defence in s179(3) TCPA
